Watch on YouTubePeople are often surprised when I tell them Nepal has jungles. Down in the Terai, the land flattens out and the forests are thick, warm and full of life. This vlog follows a few slow days there: early jungle walks, river crossings and evenings listening to the forest wake up.
Always go into the national parks with a registered guide, keep your voice low, and accept that the animals decide what you get to see. Some mornings it’s nothing but footprints. Other mornings it’s the best few seconds of footage you’ll ever shoot.
